Are portals possible

Their not impossible, theoretically their are wormholes continuously coming and going out of existence way to small to see on the particle or smaller level. Scientists are working on a 200 petawatt laser that will output more energy in a fraction of a second than the whole world produces or even what the sun provides this with. Hopefully testing by 2017 they believe with this much power they may be able to briefly tear space/time and reveal matter and anti-matter underneath.
