What do you do after getting a bike on Pokemon LeafGreen

I don't remember exactly, but here are the thing you need to do in Cerulean and stuff.

Help Bill
Go beat Rival in Vermillion.
Get Cut.
Then go east on that path to go to Vermillion (first visit).
Proceed.
You should end up Lavender Town!
