How do you activate speed chat plus on toontown

To activate Speed Chat Plus you have to go to www.toontown.com. Then click once on membership and then you will see membership ship options, account info., passwords etc. Click on preferences. You will be asked to type you username and password. After that, you need your parent password. Hope this helps. Then you will see this:
